FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and a leading global express transportation company, recently received the silver prize at the prestigious 2023 AmCham HR Association HR Best Practice Innovation Pioneer Award Ceremony.

FedEx was the only award-winning company in the express and logistics industry, recognized for its outstanding performance in human resources management and corporate strategic development through employee health management, employee value proposition, and diverse, equitable, and inclusive corporate culture.

Upholding a “people-centric” corporate culture, FedEx has built an employee health management system covering physical health, mental health, and work-life balance through responsible human resources management. The company continues to improve its employee value proposition to help employees feel valued and respected in the workplace. Its diverse and inclusive teams in China and worldwide convey the concept of diversity, equality, and inclusion by various means.

The American Chamber of Commerce’s Multinational HR Management Association in China (AMCHAM’s CHRMA) hosted the event, inviting renowned firms and human resources management consulting companies. The overall assessment was based on four criteria: strategic alignment with company strategies and culture, impact on employee experience and engagement, innovation and creativity, and impact on business result. It aimed to recognize human resources’ contribution in the challenging environment and enhance human resources management in South China through discussion, sharing, and promoting best practices in this region.
