• FedEx Delivery Manager International (FDMi) with WhatsApp delivery notification: E-tailers using FDMi can enable their residential customers to select the timing and location of their deliveries and change the delivery address when the shipment is in transit at no extra cost. In addition, recipients expecting inbound deliveries will receive a WhatsApp notification from FedEx upon shipment pickup. They can also contact FedEx directly and access tracking statuses and re-direct options with a click of a button directly in the WhatsApp chat window.
